2.1 Online Certification Services

Certivon delivers instructor-led and self-paced certification courses. Participants may register, attend live sessions, or access on-demand lessons via our platform.

2.2 Digital Learning Products

We offer ebooks, study guides, and multimedia resources for download.

2.3 Physical Products

Certivon ships printed materials, kits, and other merchandise to the address provided at purchase.

3. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid before access or fulfillment. We accept credit or debit card payments processed securely through our payment partner.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Online Certification Services

Cancelled registrations made at least 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Transfers to another session or participant are permitted without charge if requested at least 7 days prior. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not refundable due to preparatory work and resource allocation.

4.2 Digital Learning Products

All sales of digital products are final. Once access or download has been granted, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

4.3 Physical Products

Returns of physical items are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact Certivon support via our contact form. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable.
